It's STILL a boy!!

Well, guess what.....It's STILL a boy! Phew. Mommy and Daddy went in for an ultrasound on Wednesday and that was the first thing we had to know. : ) (Trust me. I know of a couple people who were told they were having boys and ended up having girls. YIKES.) This ultrasound came as a surprise to us. A NICE surprise. We went in to see the doc last week for our weekly appointment and asked him if we would have anymore ultrasounds during this pregnancy. He said that there should be no reason to do so unless we are getting close to 40 weeks and seeing no progress. So when we went in this week for our 35 week check-up, he set up an "emergency" ultrasound with Hurley because "baby seems big to date". He had already told us that there should be no big concern, he just wants an idea of how big Will is at this point and we can take home some cute pictures to put in his baby book. So here he is!!

That is his left arm he is sleeping on. He looks so peaceful.

The technician said he does have some hair, but that dark area on his head is NOT his hair. It is part fluid/part shadow.

He totally has Daddy's nose and chubby cheeks and Mommy's lips/mouth. We have been already comparing baby photos. It will be interesting to see what he looks like as he grows.

Sweet little angel. I mean boy angel.

So, anyways, Will is approximately 6 lbs 10 oz. and 18 inches long. The technician said I am about a week and a half ahead of schedule because of his size. So what does this really mean? Well, we won't really know until we see the doctor on Monday. He could move up our due date or keep the same one which is April 3rd (30 days from today!!)
