Well, we have a preschooler now. Will has been waiting and waiting and waiting for this day since we signed him up last spring. Last night we laid out our clothes, completed our nighttime routine, and then read Curious George's First Day of School (fitting, I know).
Ellie was so excited for Will, she wanted her backpack too...
As we were pulling into the parking lot, Will says, "Hey! That's my school. My teacher is there. This is COOL!"
After putting his belongings in his locker, it was time to walk into his classroom. He told me he wanted to walk in "like a big boy"... meaning I don't want to hold onto your hand anymore.
